According to the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on the Entry and Exit of Aliens, foreigners entering China must apply for visas at Chinese diplomatic missions, consular offices or other overseas offices authorized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Passport holders from most countries can apply for a visa through a travel agency with a visa invitation letter. You can also contact the organizer directly for assistance. The following information is required:

• Passport Number
• Expiration Date
• Company

Procedures
- If there are multiple applicants who need to apply for visas, please make a copy of the invitation letter. Multiple people cannot share one invitation letter.
- Please fill in the application form in capital letters or type it out and send it back to us as soon as possible. We will issue you an invitation letter as soon as possible after receiving your application.
- According to the visa processing policy, please submit the application form together with the following required materials to us:
- Passport copy
- Chinese entry record
- Once approved, we will send you an invitation letter by email or fax. - If the Chinese embassy or consulate in your country requires the original document of the invitation letter, we will mail the original document to you and the cost will be borne by you.
- If you need an invitation letter from the Chinese government, you will need to pay US$50.
- Please bring your invitation letter and passport to the Chinese embassy or consulate to apply for a visa.
- The embassy or consulate may charge an additional service fee.
Precautions
All applicants must have a passport valid for more than 6 months.
